Nav is a certified nutritional practitioner who graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2016 and is the owner of health food store on the North Shore and online store my mothers medicinals.

Nav’s story to creating a health and wellness oriented business started out in receiving her Associate in Business and successfully began practicing Independent Insurance Brokerage for 7 years.

In the pursuit of realizing her deeper health and wellness business vision, Nav changed career paths and created a unique holistic healing space on the North Shore founded on community, education, spirituality, inspiration, health and wellness. That vision manifested into Nav’s Naturals, a welcoming health and wellness, healing oriented space at Lonsdale Avenue on the North Shore offering supplements and vitamins.

Nav tries to inspire optimum health through whole food nutrition, vitamins, supplements, ‘plus’ spiritual healing and education, treating the whole person body, mind and spirit.

Nav’s caring, compassionate, kind nature and empathetic listening skills have her customers fondly seeking her out to learn of the new trends and supplements, the latest spiritual readings/books/retreats, and also just for a good chat on life/personal growth.

Nav’s lifestyle reflects her varied personal growth pursuits in the practice of yoga and meditation, going hiking on the beautiful trails of the North Shore, as well as valuing her quiet retreat time, immersed in spiritual/personal growth reading and reflection.
