SHIPPING & RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL

• International Shipping is FREE on orders over $299 (before tax) or $34.99 dollars flat rate on orders under $299.
• Please expect delivery within 7-20 days with Canada Post or other courier companies depending on your location.
• For big orders we will contact you and give you an estimate for shipping cost.
• My Mother’s Medicinal will not be liable for products refused or held by customs for delivery. Please check with your customs office before placing any order to stop high duties and taxes or delay.
• Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card minus the shipping charge and 30% re-stocking fee.

Return and Cancellation Policy

• May return unopened items within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund if there was a mistake on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs and no restocking fee.
• If you need to return an order for other reasons, you may do so if the product is unopened and within 40days of receiving the product,30% re-stocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Ordering Policy

• We reserve the right to limit quantities on purchases or refuse any orders.
• Payment for Products & Services can be made by PayPal and Credit Cards. All these payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars. My Mother’s Medicinal is not responsible for any fees, custom charges, exchange rates or additional charges.
